Daniela Biavaschi

Daniela Biavaschi graduated in Law at the University of Pavia in 2002.

Member of the Bar of Milan since 2006. She has collaborated with assiduous and successful continuity with the Attorney Eliano Goltara, expert in civil law and professor of the University of Milan.

After gaining significant experience in commercial law and contracts, she founded together with the Attorneys Luca Amati and Stefano Serbini Abs Law Firm, mainly focusing on corporate law and business contracts as well as labour law, providing expert advice both in judicial and extrajudicial area.

Daniela Biavaschi distinguished herself consolidating legal advices relations with important companies operating within national and international markets in sectors such as the food, energy, real estate and personal care products industries, even in extraordinary transactions (merger & acquisitions, transfer of business and/or business units).
